Payment
Trussardi Residences follows a 60/40 payment structure. The 60 percent is split into six instalments of 10 percent each, running from booking through the construction permit stage and to 35 months from booking. The remaining 40 percent is due at handover, in Q3 2029.
Master plan
Trussardi Residences sits within the section of the Mira Verde master plan closest to the community's branded office space, five-star hotel, medical centre, and golf course. Residents reach these facilities on foot, inside the same master-planned neighbourhood.
Investment
Trussardi Residences carries Mira Verde's 8% guaranteed annual return for 10 years, together with a 5-year Mira Care maintenance programme and a 3-year warranty on branded loose furniture, both managed directly by Mira Developments.
Trussardi Residences is the first phase released within Mira Verde, giving buyers priority access to the community's initial branded inventory while the wider master plan, including the golf course, hotel, and business hub, is still under construction around it.
Trussardi Residences is currently accepting Expressions of Interest. Reserving a unit requires a refundable USD 10,000 deposit by bank transfer or cheque, a completed EOI form, and a passport copy with the required KYC documents. Submitting an EOI secures priority unit allocation, with the deposit refunded in full if no unit is allocated or the buyer does not proceed.
